First Year Students enjoyed a day packed with indoor and outdoor games. Skills competitions in Hurling, Basketball and Soccer were eagerly contested. Inside there were several competitive games of table tennis, chess and droughts. Students then partook in gardening activities around the school then enjoying a hot chocolate at lunchtime. A highlight of the day was the sponsored walk where students, as part of their CSPE classes raised money to be donated to the Carrick on Suir Meals Assistance Services and Réalta Special Needs Sports Club.
