3rd Year Time Capsules

As our 3rd Year students stand at an important crossroads, deciding whether to continue straight into 5th Year or take the Transition Year journey, many have been reflecting on how far they’ve come.

This week, some students revisited a very special project from First Year: their self-created Time Capsules. Carefully filled with artefacts that represented their lives, interests, hopes and personalities at the time, these capsules captured a snapshot of who they were at the very beginning of secondary school.

From favourite memories and personal achievements to small mementos of friendships and hobbies, each item told a story.

As they now make big decisions about their next step, it’s powerful to see just how much they have developed, not only academically, but personally.
