L.C. LCVP trip

5th and 6th Year LCVP students travelled to The Chocolate Garden of Ireland in Rath, Tullow, Co. Carlow today. As part of their Portfolio, students attended a workshop where they learned about the process of chocolate making, the company’s formation and their ongoing commitment to sustainability in production. Students were joined by Jim Healy of the company for a Q&A also about the business. Students also got into the festive spirit as they created their own chocolate snowmen. Thank you to the Jim, Mary and all the team at The Chocolate Garden for a very enjoyable and informative trip.
