Day 3 of DCMUN23 began with the question of the development of atomic energy and nuclear power for electricity production. In the afternoon session of the Conference, the question of the integration of Transgender People in Sports and Society was under discussion. In the Special Conference, the question of human cloning, genetic manipulation and designer babies was put to the council. The second issue looked to resolve the question of the abortion laws and their impact on the rights of all people.
