ERSS MUN 2026 Success 🇺🇳

We are incredibly proud of our students who represented Edmund Rice Carrick-on-Suir at DCMUN 2026 this year. Many students participated in delivering Opening Speeches, submitting amendments and presenting points of information.

We had a very successful year in Cork.

Through MUN (a highlight of many past participants over the years), students develop essential life skills including public speaking, critical thinking, research, negotiation and teamwork. It builds confidence, resilience and the ability to think on their feet.

Most importantly, MUN encourages students to become informed, open-minded global citizens who understand the importance of dialogue, leadership and cooperation in shaping a better world.

We now look forward to LCMUN and are making our final preparations as our delegates continue to build on this fantastic momentum. Well done to all, we are extremely proud of you.
