During Science week we linked the science curriculum with that of other subjects. Technical Graphics students in 1st year brought science imagery and symbols into their work, while 2nd year English class wrote poems about Science.
2nd year students took part in some physics activities in the lab with Ms Lenane, while others had a Kahoot Quiz with Ms. Maher.
5th year Ag. Science students completed their sheep projects. Students have been studying a sheep breed and building a model. Some students in the group created life like models, others went with an abstract approach. All students enjoyed the activity and it was a great team work activity.
5th year physics students were preparing today for an event they are running with 1st years. These students will be face-painting tomorrow and were researching some ideas. We look forward to seeing the results tomorrow evening.
