A huge thank you to “Teac Tom” from Kilkenny for visiting our school today to help us kick off our anti bullying, positive mental health and well-being awareness week. They spoke to 3rd year and 5th year students telling them their own personal stories/experiences and what strategies they can use to help with what ever life throws at you.
