TY Cookery

As some of our Transition Year students come to the end of their cookery module at Scoil Mhuire, we reflect on what has once again proven to be a highlight of the TY experience for the boys of ERSS. Throughout the module, students developed practical skills, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen, exploring a variety of dishes and techniques. This hands-on learning has not only been enjoyable but also an invaluable life skill that they will carry forward. We extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Walsh for her guidance, expertise, and unwavering support in making this module such a success. Her dedication ensures that cookery remains one of the most memorable and rewarding elements of Transition Year.
