Transition Year Cookery

This year’s Transition Year cookery module at Scoil Mhuire has been a wonderful blend of creativity, teamwork, and hands‑on learning. Under the guidance of Ms. Walsh, students spent the term experimenting with new skills and flavours, producing a range of delicious treats.

From crafting their own pizzas to baking golden scones and mouth‑watering cookies, each lesson brought fresh challenges and plenty of fun. Ms. Walsh’s encouragement and expertise helped students grow in confidence, and their impressive creations are a testament to their hard work throughout the module.
