TY Students Get Work-Ready with Manual Handling Training

Our Transition Year students recently took part in a Manual Handling workshop with Padraig Ryan, gaining valuable knowledge and practical skills to help prepare them for their upcoming work experience placements.

It was fantastic to welcome Padraig back to ERSS so early in the school year. His engaging and informative session highlighted the importance of safe lifting techniques, workplace awareness, and good habits that will benefit students both during their placements and in the future workplace.

As our TY students begin preparing for work experience, opportunities such as this help build confidence and equip them with essential life skills.
