Well done to our U14 hurlers who hurled very well at the Westcourt Cup blitz today. The boys started with a competitive match against Gaeilcolaiste Mhuire which ended in a draw. They then went up against Abbey CBS and were ahead early in the match. The Abbey got back into the game with goals in the second half which won them the match. We then faced Rice College Ennis and our boys won the game well. The last game was to determine who would qualify from our group. The boys gave it everything, but narrowly lost out to a strong Blackwater Lismore team. Well done to the panel for all their hard work this year. They will all be important players for the school in the years ahead.
