Garda Youth Award
Young SVP: Garda Youth Award Nomination (Group Category) The Garda Youth Award Group Category recognises two or more young people aged between 13 and 21 years whose combined efforts have made a positive contribution to their community. 6th Year Graduation 2026
ERSS Celebrates the Graduation of the Class of 2026 On Thursday, 21st May, the ERSS community came together to celebrate the graduation of the Class of 2026 in what proved to be a memorable, emotional, and joyful occasion for students, parents, staff, and families alike. The ceremony marked the culmination of six years of learning, growth, friendship, achievement, and countless shared memories as the graduating students prepared to begin the next chapter of their journeys.

Uniform Recycling Programme
We are delighted to launch our new School Uniform Recycling Programme at Edmund Rice Secondary School. This initiative aims to support families, reduce waste and promote sustainability within our school community by giving good-quality uniforms a second life. All-Ireland Final 2026
U14 Soccer Team Reached All-Ireland Final After Outstanding Season Our ERSS U14 soccer team brought a hugely successful season to a close last week when they competed in the FAI Schools First Year ‘B’ Boys National Cup Final in Killavilla United FC, Roscrea. ERSS faced St. Cuan’s College, Castleblakney in a thrilling All-Ireland Final that required extra time to separate the teams, with the Galway school eventually emerging 3-1 winners after a fiercely contested encounter. School Tour 2026
Day 1 of this year's Junior School tour complete as the boy's enjoyed a wonderful day in the sunshine at Manchester City v Aston Villa in the Premier League. On to Alton Towers today for more sunshine and rollercoaster. Day 2 of our school tour saw our group in the baking sunshine of Alton Towers. A great time was had by all on the many rollercoasters, rides and attractions. Followed by shopping on the Trafford Center before a tour of the Etihad stadium on Tuesday morning. Da

Transition Year Charity Soccer Blitz (Irish Cancer Society) Transition Year students recently took part in a fantastic Charity Soccer Blitz in aid of the Irish Cancer Society with the help of Ms. Kirwan and Mr. Cullen.
