As part of their Transition Year Art Module, students recently took part in a hands-on workshop focused on creating realistic fake scars and Halloween-themed special effects. Under the expert guidance of Ms. Showstak, students explored techniques used in theatre and film to produce convincing visual effects using safe, creative materials. This engaging session allowed students to combine artistic expression with practical skills, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and a touch of spooky fun just in time for Halloween. The results were both impressive and delightfully eerie — a testament to the creativity and enthusiasm of the group.
